If the applicant is accepted, we will inform the applicant of such acceptance. The applicant will have 72 hours from the time that the applicant is informed of the acceptance of his or her application to either cancel the application or accept the apartment. If the applicant fails to inform us that the applicant is cancelling the application within the 72-hour period, the Rental Deposit will not be refunded to the applicant and will be retained by us. If the applicant fails to enter into the landlord’s standard form of lease agreement within 5 days after we inform the applicant that his or her application is accepted, we reserve the right to terminate the applicant’s application and retain the Rental Deposit by providing the applicant of such election. If the applicant’s application is denied, or if the applicant cancels his or her application within the 72-hour period, the Rental Deposit will be refunded to the applicant and will be deposited into the mail within 7 days after such denial or cancellation.
