Some offer hardwood, some offer carpet. Flooring, paint colors, appliances, fixtures vary by unit. Up to 2 occupants allowed in 1 Bedroom. The 2 bedroom 1 bathroom is all laid out on one level. These units offer nicely sized bedrooms as well as washer/dryer connections. Tenant is responsible for water/electric/gas. Up to 4 occupants allowed in 2 bedroom. Application fee is $100 per person over the age of 18. Deposit is equal to the rent amount. No Pets Allowed
