It is a part of a group of 25 cottages that share a private and quiet community with a large green space with vibrant landscaping. This one bedroom one bath cottage is 380 square feet and features front and rear porch areas. The cottage is split into 3 living spaces, with the living area and kitchen in the front, the bedroom and walk-in closet in the middle and the laundry room and bathroom located in the rear. All Palmetto Court Cottages come with two private parking spaces directly in front of the cottage. •Dedicated parking space(s) •Stove •Refrigerator •Microwave •Dishwasher •Washer & Dryer •Full bath •Central A/C •Utilities are not included. •A deposit equivalent to one months rent will be required to secure the unit. •Pets are allowed with a one time, upfront and non-refundable pet fee of $350 per pet in the leased premises. There is a weight limit of 50 lbs per pet. Felines must be spayed/neutered. In addition, a monthly pet fee of $35 per pet shall be added to the rent. •All prospective tenants must fill out an application and will be required to pass credit, criminal, and background checks. A Non-Refundable $30 application fee is required which pays for a third-party background and credit check. •We require a minimum credit score of 625 for approval •If you are under the age of 21, you are required to have an approved co-signer/guarantor on your lease
