Off street parking and laundry hook ups in the shared basement with tons of storage. We pay for trash pick-up. Tenants are responsible for electric, gas and luxury items such as cable or internet. Tenants are required to carry renters insurance at all times. This large 4 bedroom suite is available for July 1st for $850 per month. The security deposit is equal to one months rent. Restrictions apply. At this time we do not accept EDEN or CMHA Vouchers We require a $50.00 cash non-refundable application fee at the time of processing for each applicant over the age of 18. One applicant who lives in the suite must be 21. We perform a credit, eviction and criminal background check on each applicant and base approval or denial on these as well as proof of income which must total 3 times the monthly rent. If you find a unit you are interested in, we can hold that unit for you with a $200 holding fee for 30 days or 60 days with a full security deposit. You will have 72 hours to change your mind and to receive the money back. This $200 holding fee will be applied to your security deposit upon moving in.
