Please note there is a $35 application fee for each adult over the age of 18 years of age that would be residing in the unit. The following minimum requirements must be met and/or provided and verified in order to qualify for this unit:

• Credit score of 680 or higher
• No Criminal History
• No Bankruptcy
• Proof of income that you make 2.5 times the monthly rent (For example-If the unit is $1,000/month you must show that you make $2,500/month).
• Copy/Photo of Government Issued I.D. (Example- Driver's License, State ID, Passport etc.)
• Vaccination Record for any approved cat that will reside in the unit (proof of rabies vaccination required)
• If you do not meet the rental history, credit, or income requirements, we do accept co-signers who do. They will need to complete a co-signer application, as well as pay an additional $35 application fee to have their information processed as well.
