The Application fee is good for 1 year for ANY of our apartments, so you don't need to re-apply if you change your mind or don't get approved immediately Applications can be approved as fast as 24 hrs if ALL requested documents are correctly uploaded First month's rent + deposit Showings are open house style, usually lasting a total of 30 min from the scheduled time We understand that you might be concerned with rental scamming as it's been happening around town lately, that's why we only accept online payments via ACH Bank Account or credit cards. By doing so you are protected from fraud, as you can always dispute the charge through your bank if you're not satisfied.
