This is a short term lease that will end on 6/25/26 This two bedroom one bathroom unit is located in the 103 building on Goodman Place. This unit is located on the first floor. •Dedicated parking space(s) •Stove •Refrigerator •Microwave •Dishwasher •Full bath •Central A/C •Community Pool access included •Utilities are not included. •This unit features Gas and requires an account with Atmos Energy. •A deposit equivalent to one months rent will be required to secure the unit. •Pets are allowed with a one time, upfront and non-refundable pet fee of $350 per pet in the leased premises. There is a weight limit of 50 lbs per pet. Felines must be spayed/neutered. In addition, a monthly pet fee of $35 per pet shall be added to the rent. •All prospective tenants must fill out an application and will be required to pass credit, criminal, and background checks. A Non-Refundable $30 application fee is required which pays for a third-party background and credit check. •We require a minimum credit score of 625 for approval, but anyone with a 600-624 credit score can be approved with an approved co-signer/guarantor who has a credit score of 625 or higher. •If you are under the age of 21, you are required to have an approved co-signer/guarantor on your lease
