viewing the property. Your rental application will not be reviewed without
photo ID and proof of current income attached.
All Occupants of age 18 or older must submit a separate application. They may NOT be listed as ‘Dependents’ on the application.
Applicant screening will be performed for credit and rental history. Negative outcomes may result in the requirement of an additional deposit, or denial.
?Any fraudulent information on the application will result in immediate
denial.
Approval is based upon the first qualified application that is received.
The $30 Application Fee is NON-REFUNDABLE.
A minimum FICO score of 625 is needed for approval. A Guarantor or Co-
Signer will NOT be accepted for the purpose of off-setting a poor credit or
rental history.
Gross monthly (combined) income of applicants must be legal, verifiable
and a minimum of two (2.0) times the listed monthly rent.
?Income documents must be legible, dated, include the applicant’s
name and the Payer’s name. Screenshots will NOT be accepted as
proof of income.
