This spacious apartment offers three generously sized bedrooms and two full bathrooms, providing ample space for comfortable living. The apartment is equipped with washer/dryer hookups for your convenience, and a garage to keep your vehicle safe from the elements. Unit also has two reserved parking spaces. The gas fireplace adds a cozy touch to the living area, perfect for those chilly Montana evenings. Step outside onto your private balcony to enjoy the fresh air and beautiful views. All of our tenants need to have $100,000 of renters insurance. Tenants will need to pay $11.00 per month for renters insurance if they do not provide proof of their own insurance. Tenants are strongly suggested to have their own renters insurance. No pets are allowed. Smoking/vaping are not allowed. These are not negotiable. Owner pays for Water/Sewer/Garbage. Tenant responsible for all other utilities including: Electricity, Natural Gas, and Internet. Vigilante Management runs a credit and criminal background check on all applicants over the age of 18. In addition we conduct a rental reference from past landlords. If you do not have credit or low credit, Vigilante Management can ask for a co-signer. Also if you do not have rental history, you will automatically need a co-signer for each tenant. There is a $65.00 non-refundable application fee.
