This apartment is a 2-story town-home / town-house (our townhomes are not accessible: in other words, they are not designed and constructed to provide accessibility for wheelchairs). The screening fee is $65 for applicants that would be financially responsible for the apartment (application fees are payable online, when submitting your completed application).
