Conveniently located close to Benson High School, grocery stores, and the bus line. Tenants are responsible for OPPD. This property has a monthly $60 utility bill back that will take care of gas, water, sewer and trash. Tenants are also required to pay for the Liability Renters Insurance policy which we provide for $13.50/monthly. You may also provide your own renters insurance which will cover your personal items. Pets are OK, must provide a non-refundable deposit equal to 25% of the rent, along with a monthly pet rent $25/ per pet (2 Maximum) and current paperwork (License, Proof of Current Vaccination) and a photo of pets.
