The apartments range in size from 400 ft.² to 570 ft.² units and come equipped with a full kitchen, 1bath ,tall ceilings, Large windows to let in all the light, and No carpet in the units. Options in the kitchen range from eat in counter top to galley style kitchen area. All units designed with the large open concept floor plan. The building has an elevator and two stair cases for easy entrance into this locked building. Requirements include: •No smoking •12 month lease required •Application fee: $50.00 (non refundable) •Deposit: 1 months rent+ 25% due at approval process to secure unit. (take off market) •Pet Friendly with deposit: 25% of 1 months rent per pet dog rent monthly is $35.
