Large one bedroom apartment. When you enter the apartment you enter into a cute entry way. There is a large closet for coats, shoes and storage. Next is the LARGE living room. Off the living room is a small kitchen, and a small bathroom with a tub shower combination. The bedroom is off the living room as well. The bedroom is an average size bedroom. I do not believe you could fit a king sized bed in here, but you could fit a queen. We pay water, sewer, garbage, natural gas. You would pay electric and cable/internet through Midco. Average electric bill per month is $29. Large parking lot for you and your guests. Yard for your lawn chair and grill. Large shade trees. Pet deposit of $500, plus $25 per month surcharge per pet. Our rents are based on a 12 month lease. Any lease less than 12 months will incur a 20% increase in the monthly rent and deposit. All of our units are non-smoking. This includes cigarettes, vaping, marijuana, etc. This is the rule even if you have a medical card. Our Renting Process: 1. Contact us through the site you are viewing this property on.
