REQUIREMENTS FOR APPLICATION
- Applications are required for each adult, and should be completed within 48 hours.
- Applications must be submitted online (we will email the link to you)
- All residents must be listed
- A valid government-issued ID is required for each adult with the application
- Proof of Income is required with the application
- Proof of rental history is required with the application
- We do not accept reusable tenant screening reports

CRITERIA FOR APPROVAL
- Total income of all applicants must be at least 3xRent.
- Rental History or homeownership must be verifiable with no previous evictions, notices to comply, broken leases, money owed to former landlords, or more than 2 late payments within the most recent 12 months.
- Credit score of 620 or higher
- Co-signers and personal guarantees may be considered if applicant does not meet minimum criteria
- A copy of your credit report will be provided for you if you are turned down because of credit
