First when entering the apartment from the common area is the living room. The living room and kitchen are a large open space. Next is a hallway which leads to the bathroom and bedroom. The bathroom is small with just a standing shower. The bedroom is a good size and would easily fit a queen bed, and would fit a king sized bed but there would not be much room outside of the king sized bed. The common area has a coin operated washer and dryer. In the back yard is off street parking off the alley. Rent included water, sewer & garbage. The tenant is responsible for electric, cable/internet. Pets are allowed with a $500 pet deposit as well as $25 per animal added to the monthly rent. Our rents are based on a 12 month lease. Any lease less than 12 months will incur a 20% increase in the monthly rent and deposit. All of our units are non-smoking. This includes cigarettes, vaping, marijuana, etc. This is the rule even if you have a medical card. Our Renting Process: 1. Contact us through the site you are viewing this property on. Fill out a rental application. $30 application fee. 5. Wait for application status (Approved or Denied) 6. Sign a Lease 7. Pay Deposit, until deposit is paid the unit is NOT secured to be yours 8.
