This is a small efficiency apartment. The kitchen is fairly small, the bathroom is quite large. There is a bedroom area, but it is not separated from the living area by a wall thus making this an efficiency and not considered a one bedroom. This is a main floor unit with 1-2 steps leading up to it, and one additional step inside. There is off street parking off the alley which is very close to the front door of this apartment since it sit near the back of the tri-plex it is in. Pets are allowed with a $500 Pet deposit as well as an additional $25/month per pet added to your rent monthly. Our rents are based on a 12 month lease. Any lease less than 12 months will incur a 20% increase in the monthly rent and deposit. All of our units are non-smoking. This includes cigarettes, vaping, marijuana, etc. This is the rule even if you have a medical card. Our Renting Process: 1. Contact us through the site you are viewing this property on. Fill out a rental application. $30 application fee. 5. Wait for application status (Approved or Denied) 6. Sign a Lease 7. Pay Deposit, until deposit is paid the unit is NOT secured to be yours 8.
