Centered in a beautiful and quiet neighborhood, The Friday offers the perks of being near downtown Seattle, while also far enough away to enjoy time away from the hustle and bustle. Just a few minutes’ walk to the Link Light Rail and you can reach Sea-Tac Airport, Lumen/T mobile stadium, Downtown Seattle and UW in just about 10-20 minutes. Also, enjoy a short walk to the Beacon Hill Playground, Red Apple grocery store, AND several great neighborhood restaurants; Fresh Flours coffee shop, Milk Drunk, Musang, Perihelion Brewery, Bar DelCorso, and Homer. The Friday is a no-smoking property. Smoking is prohibited inside and within 25 feet of the exterior of the property. The rental terms below reflect a 12-month lease for single occupants. Shorter leases are available at premium pricing. We are also a pet-friendly community, so bring your furry friend along. One cat or one small dog is welcome per apartment.
