This is a single story apartment building, which is handicap accessible. First walking into the apartment the open living room and kitchen are the first thing you see. Next after walking through the living room you come to a small hallway that leads you to the bathroom and bedroom. The bedroom has a large walk in closet, but if that is not enough room for storage there is also an additional closet in the living room near the front door. In the hallway there is a coin operated washer and dryer. YOU PAY ELECTRIC. we pay water, sewer, and garbage. Our rents are based on a 12 month lease. Any lease less than 12 months will incur a 20% increase in the monthly rent and deposit. If you desire to have pets the pet deposit is $500 with a $25 pet rent per animal. All of our units are non-smoking. This includes cigarettes, vaping, marijuana, etc. This is the rule even if you have a medical card. Our Renting Process: 1. You can ask any questions, and set up a time to view. 4. Fill out a rental application. $30 application fee. 5. Wait for application status (Approved or Denied) 6. Pay Deposit, until deposit is paid the unit is NOT secured to be yours 7. Sign a Lease 8. Pay rent, prove any applicable utilities are in your name, get keys, pay pet deposit if applicable, sign a paper in our office stating lease was signed online. 9. HAPPY MOVING
