With two different floor plans, the Pinecrest one-bedroom flat offers plenty of space for your needs. Choose from a floor plan with the bathroom off your bedroom or a bathroom accessible from the hallway. Most one-bedroom units have central A/C, gas heat, gas stove, fridge, and dishwasher. All units offer a large eat-in kitchen with ample cabinet and counter space. Pinecrest is just minutes from an endless supply of shops and restaurants on Veterans. Residents can enjoy our pool with sundeck, fitness center, playground, and bark park. There is on-site parking available. We allow up to 2 pets with no breed or size restrictions. We require a $250 non-refundable fee per pet due at move-in and a $25/month pet rent per pet. We cover gas, heat, water, sewer, trash removal, snow removal, and parking for a $75/month utility fee.
