MFTE is an income-limited program ran through the city. Maximum household income limits for our units are as follows:
- Studio, 1 occupant: $71,500
- Open/one bedroom, 1 occupant: $82,500
- Open/one bedroom, 2 occupants: $94,275
- Two bedroom, 2 occupants: $106,845 (Please note that there must be at least 2 occupants on a lease for two bedroom MFTE units)
