If you receive funds from State or Federal Benefits (i.e. Disability, Social Security, Retirement) Award letters must be submitted with your application Net (take-home) income should be 3 times the amount of expected monthly rent. Example: If the expected rent will be $695 $695 x 3 = $2,085 monthly income At least 1 year of employment history with your current employer is required A credit check is conducted and a credit score of 550 and above is required A background check is conducted and all criminal history is subjected to review No Credit History / No Rental Reference may be subject to alternative rental terms and/or a co-signer Good rental reference for at least 2 years or home ownership $45 Application Fee (Non-Refundable) to be paid before we will process your application (No Personal Checks).
