Total Monthly Payment Required (MTPR): $885.50 per month
Optional Charges
Pet Rent: $35 per month per approved pet
One-Time Pet Fee: $250 per approved pet
Storage Rental: $50–$95 per month, depending on size and availability
Tenant Responsibilities
Utilities are billed as a flat monthly charge. Renter’s insurance with minimum required provisions is required. If proof of renter’s insurance is not provided, a mandatory $10.50 monthly landlord liability waiver fee will be applied. Tenants are responsible for any optional services such as cable or internet.
Lease Terms
This apartment is offered with a 12-month lease. Security deposit is based on credit and rental history and is typically equal to one to two months’ rent. Application fee is $50 per adult applicant. Administrative fee is $250 per applicant and is refundable if the application is denied or canceled within 48 hours of submission.
Rental Criteria
Applicants must meet standard rental qualifications, including a minimum credit score of 550, verifiable monthly income of at least 2.5 times the rent, no prior evictions, no rental collections, no open bankruptcies, and a background check covering the past five years.
