Ice Machines are on the second floor of each building. There are coin operated washers and / dryers on each floor. Use the stairwells, or take the elevator within each individual building. Beach Security Gates are locked at 10:00 pm each evening. Sit back on your patio, relax, and enjoy the kite-surfers, beachgoers, fishermen/women, sunbathers, dolphins, and all the action that comes with North Beach. There are covered parking spaces underneath each building on a first-come first served basis, but there is plenty of open parking withing the gated community. RV parking is available for a nominal charge.
