The apartment has central a/c and heat with thermostat controls. The apartment can be accessed from the front of the building, or via the kitchen door, which leads to a shared back yard and an off-street private parking lot behind the building. Have a pet? Bring your pet! We are a pet friendly community, and have no breed or size restrictions. Up to two pets can live in your apartment with you. Your pet just needs to be polite and / or friendly to other humans and pets. There is a one-time fee of $300 for your pet, and no monthly fees thereafter.
