The kitchen has nice cabinet space with a good amount of countertops and a cute pantry for storage. Both bedrooms are a good size fitting a queen size bed and both have closets. The bathroom is very large with a tub shower/combination. This apartment has its own central heating and AC. Tenant is responsible for all utilities including cable and internet which the provider at this property is Midco. 12 month utility average is $79 Pets are allowed with a $500 pet deposit and $25 pet rent per animal. Our rents are based on a 12 month lease. Any lease less than 12 months will incur a 20% increase in the monthly rent and deposit. All of our units are non-smoking.
