A $250 holding fee (money order or cashier’s check) is required with application approval. This holding fee shall be applied to your security deposit. Such holding fee is non-refundable in the event that your application is canceled by you or management. Our community offers a fitness center, 12 month leases, pool with sun-deck, 3 lakes with fountains, 2 tot-lots, covered parking spaces (for an additional fee), mini beach and picnic areas.
