Hi, Looking for a sublet(s) to lease ASAP until the end of August, possibly September. Open to both guys and girls. The rent is $650, but willing to go down ($550). The apartment is really nice for the area and includes great access to the UCLA campus (20 minute walk to classes) and the 405 (5 minute drive to the Sunset entrance). The management is competent and the amenities are worthwhile. Looking for one or two sublets. Price negotiable.
