Each apartment includes some aspect from the original building. Whether it be the original wood flooring, exposed brick, New Orleans style window, tall ceilings or original wood trim, each feature enhances the character and charm of each unit. All interested parties will be required to submit a rental application with $40 application fee. Income verification and references required. Income must be 3 times monthly rent amount. Lease or Month to Month arrangements available. One year lease: $1,000 per month. Security deposit of $1,000 required. Month to Month: $1,100 per month. Security deposit of $1,100 required. $40 application fee (must pass credit and background check). Pet Policy: Pets are allowed depending on breed and pet deposit. There will also be an extra $25 pet rent per month. Maximum of one pet allowed. Maximum weight is 20 pounds or less. One time nonrefundable Pet Deposit of $250 Utilities paid by owner: Electricity, Water, Sewer and Trash Removal
