Deposit is $1,000. You pay just electricity and gas and renter’s insurance. Water, sewer, trash, lawn care and snow removal are included! Plus, a double attached garage! We do have a 60lb weight restriction and breed restrictions. Pet deposit is $300 (non-refundable), cat rent is $25 a month and dog rent is $35. Limit is 2 pets per unit!
