Your lease agreement clearly states if you have been given permission to have a pet within the building. If your lease agreement does not reflect that you have permission for a pet (type of pet, amount of pet fee and initials of both the Landlord and Tenant) you DO NOT have permission to have a pet on the premises. This applies to all pets, whether "visiting" or owned by you. If you are found to have an unauthorized pet in the building the terms of your lease regarding pets will be enforced without exception. If during your residency you wish to obtain a pet, you must contact Management and request authorization. If authorization is granted, you will be required to sign a lease amendment and pay a monthly pet fee PRIOR to bringing the pet into the building. Motor Wheel Lofts reserves the right to deny authorization for any pet for any reason, including but not limited to size, temperament, breed and over all building capacity.
