Rent includes all utilities — Heat, electricity, internet, AC, hot water, laundry, trash and snow removal. Applications work on a first come first serve basis, no waitlists. You must have an approved application prior to scheduling a showing. The Olympiad is a secured, pet-friendly building ideally situated on the bus route and within walking distance to shopping, dining and South Burlington Recreation Path. The Olympiad is located 1.5 miles to Downtown Burlington and seconds to I-189. The Olympiad offers several amenities for your convenience and enjoyment. Building amenities include a hotel-style main entrance lobby/lounge. The lower level features a lounge, free central laundry, 24 hour fitness center, and secure, heated storage cages. Each floor offers two common balconies and spacious hallways. Outside, the Olympiad offers a private park with grilling areas and garden beds for resident use. Pets are welcome! We have designed the building with features for our furry friends, including an indoor pet wash with a groomer's dryer and a wooded, fenced-in play area. We allow up to 2 pets per unit, only one of which can be a dog (no breed or weight restrictions!). There is a monthly pet fee of $25 and $500 refundable pet security deposit.
