Whether it be the original wood flooring, exposed brick, New Orleans style window, tall ceilings or original wood trim, each feature enhances the character and charm of each unit. All interested parties will be required to submit a rental application with $40 application fee. Income verification and references required. Income must be 3 times monthly rent amount. Lease or Month to Month arrangements available. One year lease: $1,075 per month. Security deposit of $1,075 required. Month to Month: $1,175 per month. Security deposit of $1,175 required. $40 application fee (must pass credit and background check). Pet Policy: Pets are allowed depending on breed and pet deposit. There will also be an extra $25 pet rent per month. Maximum of one pet allowed. Maximum weight is 20 pounds or less.
