Electricity: Slemco Water/Trash/Sewer: Included Lawncare provided by landlord Electrical, exterminating and trash is the responsibility of the tenants. The deposit is $600 and the monthly rent is $600. Tenants are responsible for all utilities as applicable to the unit, including but not limited to electric, water/sewer, trash pickup, and pest control.
