This unit will be available for viewing starting December 1st. Keys may be checked out from our main office located at 248 Redondo Ave, Long Beach.
Key Check-Out Procedure:
Reception will hold a refundable $25 deposit (cash or credit/debit upon key return).
A photocopy of your ID is required, and you’ll sign a key check-out agreement.
Limit of 3 keys at a time, with 40 minutes per key (depending on location).
Key Check-Out Hours:
Monday – Friday: 8:00 AM – 3:30 PM
Saturday: 9:00 AM – 3:30 PM (Closed 12:00 PM – 1:00 PM for lunch)
All keys must be returned by 4:30 PM
