Beautiful Abbot Kinney / Venice House · Apartments for Rent

Looking for a 3rd roommate to fill my beautiful 3 bd/2 br house in Venice by the latest December 1. We can accept short-term stays 3/4 months at the minimum as we are month to month (but our landlord prefers a 60 notice if you want to leave). Home details: • Room + shared bath (w/ girl) • Laundry in unit • All appliances included (dishwasher/air fryer/coffee makers, fireplace, etc) • Street parking, but there’s always spots! • Fully furnished house & room! (we can speak w/ landlord about taking furniture out of your room if needed) • No AC, but heat included & ac is not needed as there are multiple decks & the house stays a great temp w/ westside breeze! • No pets allowed About me & my current roommate 🕺🏻: • Vicky - 30 year old who works remote in entertainment tech in digital programming. • Leo - 27 year old who works in film and is in the office half the week We are both social, friendly, and would love a 3rd roommate (guy or girl) who’s welcoming & can hang/go out with us & our friends, but is also down to do their own thing! We are cool if you work from home as long as you are respectful w/ calls 🙂 About the space 🏠: • We are located on a beautiful, safe neighborhood street right off Abbot Kinney about a 10 minute walk to Alfred’s, the Brig, and all the run shops/restaurants! • Less than 10 mins drive to Trader Joe’s, Ralph’s & Whole Foods. 10 min walk to Erewhon • 20 min. walk or 10 min. bike ride to Venice beach!
