Each apartment comes with one dedicated parking spots and there are a few extra visitor spots around the property. **Please Note: -We are not accepting Section 8 at this time. -We require a monthly household income of 3X Rent for our applicants.** Pet Policy: (If applicable) - We allow up to 1 pet under 50 pounds per home. - We charge a one-time Pet Move-In Fee equaling $150. - We also charge Pet Rent equaling $25 per pet, per month. -You must be willing to provide details on any pets living in the home.
