These units are furnished with refrigerator, stove, dishwasher and washer dryer hook-up. The rent includes high-speed internet, water, sewer, trash, and lawn maintenance. Pets under 20 pounds are allowed. No more than two pets are permitted and there is a $75 pet fee per pet and a small rent increase.
