Pets (cats/dogs) are prohibited except within the community's restrictions and with management's written approval. There is a $150 non-refundable pet fee for each pet, not to exceed two pets. Also, pet rent of $30 per pet (not to exceed two pets) is due on the 1st day of every calendar month after that. Pet(s) do not belong to any known aggressive breeds, and the pet(s) have not displayed any vicious tendencies (including, but not limited to, previous bite incidents, animal attacks, or other aggressive behavior), and any false statements regarding these matters shall constitute a substantial breach of the lease. Breed restrictions include those listed: Akitas, Chows, Rottweilers, Doberman Pinschers, Pit Bulls, American Staffordshire Terriers, Wolf-Hybrids, & any mix of those listed. Reptiles, birds, amphibians, fish, rodents, arachnids, or insects are not permitted by occupants or guests within the apartment community.
