Our 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo is in a fantastic location in the downtown core just a few short blocks from the amazing seawall and the Aquabus Ferry to Granville Island. You will be very centrally located and have the ability to walk to anywhere downtown; 5-10 minute walk to Yaletown where you will find a wide array of amazing fine dining restaurants, coffee shops and boutiques.
My home is located on the 13th floor so you will have a view of the ocean and mountains from the 2nd bedroom and part of the living room. There are 2 bedroom with queen beds plus a comfortable queen sofa bed in the living room. We supply extra soft and cozy blankets for the bedrooms and the living room. Our kitchen is fully stocked with everything you will need.
There is a gym and an outdoor covered hot tub and there is also an outdoor lounge area for you to relax and enjoy the sunshine.
You will have full access to the gym, hot tub, and outdoor lounge area.
Within minutes you will have choice of coffee shops, restaurants, grocery stores, and shopping. Fresh Street Market and London Drugs are located right across the street.
Our home is very centrally located downtown. You are within minutes to buses and about a 10 minute walk to the Yaletown skytrain station. You could really walk to anywhere downtown.
You have coffee shops & restaurants all within minutes of our home. A short 5 minute walk will take you to our 22km seawall as well as the water taxi's that can take you across the water to Granville Island in a few minutes. You can take a stroll along the seawall going west which will get you to English Bay and Stanley Park in about 25 minutes along the water.
For the summer months we have 2 portable air conditioners. 1 located in the master bedroom and the other in the living room.
