Our recently renovated studio apartments are located on the outer side of North Knoxville. WATER, SEWER, TRASH SERVICE, AND OFF-STREET PARKING are all included with Rent for $850 per month with a 1-year lease. Electricity is the responsibility of the resident. A short half mile to I-640, close to groceries, shopping and more! Additional monthly fees for 6-month leasing option and/or additional occupant. We are Pet Friendly Communities. There is a one-time $250 pet fee per pet (limit 2). There is a 30 lbs. weight limit and some breed restrictions. The Security Deposit is $850 (completely refundable upon move out) or you can opt to use Obligo as a Security Deposit Free option). There is also a one-time Administrative Fee of $150 due at lease signing. The Application Fee is $50. We will complete a credit check, background check, and verify income.
