Most of the units have a stackable washer/dryer hookup inside the unit, stackable units are available for rent at $50 monthly if you don't have one. The units have new luxury vinyl plank flooring and upgraded new fixtures throughout the unit. All units include water, sewer, and trash and the resident only pays electric. Our general requirements are 3x monthly rent in income (combined), no violent felonies, and no evictions in the last 5 years. We do allow pets with a 40lb weight limit on full grown animals and charge a $300 pet fee per pet and a $25 monthly pet rent per pet. Section 8 Welcome.
