Tidemark is a new 50-residence building at 5356 N Sheridan Rd, steps from the Lake Michigan shoreline and the Lakefront Trail. Our one- and two-bedroom homes feature floor-to-ceiling windows, kitchen islands, stainless steel appliances, quartz countertops and in-unit washers and dryers. Building amenities include a fitness center, a roof terrace and sundeck, bike storage, on-site parking, ButterflyMX access control and smart door locks. What's included: Rent for market-rate homes includes water, sewer, trash and high-speed internet. Residents pay only electricity and gas, directly to the providers. Move-in costs: There is no security deposit and no administration fee. - Market-rate homes: one-time $500 move-in fee (non-refundable). - ARO affordable homes: $250 move-in fee, credited to the first month's rent. Affordable homes: Select homes are designated Affordable Requirements Ordinance (ARO) units, income-restricted at 60% of Area Median Income under the City of Chicago's ARO program. Income limits and eligibility requirements apply to those homes only. Pets welcome: up to 2 pets per home. Dogs up to 50 lbs, with breed restrictions. There is a $300 one-time pet fee and $30/month pet rent per pet.
