(RLNE1118831) I currently live in this 2 bedroom apartment and am looking to rent out one of the bedrooms. It is very close to the downtown GVSU campus. I am clean courteous and respectful and am looking for the same in a roommate. The apartment has been remodeled in the last few years, on street parking, $400 security deposit, would be flexible with the length of the lease, the room is ready to move into.
