Completed applications consist of a government-issued ID, proof of income, and a non-refundable application fee of $40 per person 18 and over. Once a background check is completed and passed, there will be a one-time $150 admin fee per household. We now have several apartments we refer to as Core Housing where you must income qualify and rent is discounted.
