Berry 915 / 917 (Classic) · Apartments for Rent

wwwLiveInWestCentral. com Historic Brick Carnahan Building, built by John L. Wing. Winner of the 2012 Archie Award. Premier 2 bedroom upper in West Central. Living room has 12-foot-tall ceilings and looks out over West Berry Street. SMALL kitchen, it is a feat of modern engineering that we fit in the full-size modern appliances. Large bathroom with ceramic tile. No Tub, just a wonderful 4-foot-wide shower. Oak hardwood flooring throughout the first level. Some exposed "Chicago Style" interior brick walls. The main bedroom has double closets and is HUGE. Like 24x16, just stupid big. The second bedroom also has a good closet, and is large as well, just nothing like the size of the first bedroom. The 3rd floor bedrooms have a lower 7-foot-tall ceiling, so if you are 7'6" you are going to struggle. Laundry available across the street at Sheridan Court. Cats and other non-barkers are welcome with a $200 Pet fee and $20 a month per pet. Tenant pays Electric and a $25/month sewer surcharge. ALL Electric Unit, no Gas Bill. The ideal candidate(s) will have a minimum credit score of 650, no active collections, no felonies, no violent charges of any kind, zero evictions, and have a (combined) Net or take home (IN YOUR POCKET after taxes) income of 3 (Three) times the posted rent. If you do not qualify traditionally, you may use a well qualified and collectable co-signer or put down 2 months of rent as an additional deposit. If you have any questions on the process, please see the listing "Get Pre-Approved..." for more notes.
