This list is subject to modification or expansion at any time at the discretion of management. Mixed-breed determinations shall be made based on visual identification and/or veterinary documentation. All pets must comply with the community’s maximum weight limit at full maturity. For puppies or kittens, management will evaluate the projected adult weight based on breed standards and veterinary documentation prior to approval. Residents must provide: Current veterinary records, including vaccination history and verification of spay/neuter status (if applicable). Any additional documentation requested by management for verification purposes. Failure to disclose or obtain prior approval for a pet may result in lease violations and associated penalties, including but not limited to the removal of the animal from the premises.
