Qualifications
Application:
● Leaseholder(s) Income 2.5 times the monthly rent (gross)
● Proof of income (Last 4 pay stubs/proof of income for past 2 months and/or offer letter & bank records)
● Completed online application for Credit/background screening
● Government issued ID
● All documents must be provided within 72hrs of application or the application will be canceled.
At Move-In:
● Proof of Renter’s Insurance ($100,000 liability required)
● Proof of set-up gas/elec account with SDGE
● First month rent and deposit in form of Cashier’s Check or Money Order (if move-in is on or after the15th the pro-rate and first full month is due at move-in)
