Our cozy, 15-unit community is conveniently located directly across Central Avenue from Walmart and just minutes from Westgate shopping, dining, and the expressway, Goodhue Apartments combines a peaceful setting with everyday convenience. Our spacious apartments come with a fully equipped kitchen for your convenience; including a stove, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher and garbage disposal. Keep your vehicle safe and dry in your own personal garage space, built for additional storage needs as well. No need to search for a laundromat as we have laundry onsite and an attentive full time maintenance staff! Pet friendly! 2 max – $250 one-time fee + $35/mo per dog or $25/mo per cat. All service and enclosed animals are welcome as well with no fees attached. Qualifications: Applicants MUST have no evictions or housing related collections. They also must pass credit/background check and show 24 months of verified income. There are three ways to get an approved application, applicants must fit at least one of the following criteria: Credit: You must have a 620+ score, 2 currently open credit lines (auto loan, credit card, rent payment reporting system etc.) and at least 12 months of history. Landlord reference: You must have 12 months of recorded on-time payments from a verifiable (non-private) landlord. Co-signer: They must have a credit score above 700 and no evictions or housing related collections. Deposit: Applicants with a credit score above 680 will qualify for our discounted deposit of $200.
