To be an approved applicant, we require you to: 1.) Complete your application through our website/pay the $45 fee. We will review your rental and criminal history, for any felonies or evictions that have occurred in the last 10 years, in addition to verifying your income to confirm your eligibility to rent this unit. 2.) Provide proof of your identity and income. The minimum monthly gross requirement must be met by the sole applicant or by combining all applicable incomes in the household. All income earners must provide proof of their income, along with a government issued photo ID to complete our income verification process. If the unit accepts a voucher, the owner and /or the prospective tenant can cancel the voucher application at any time.
