Welcome to 19 Garfield Apartments! It's a welcoming apartment community in Lombard, IL! They give residents more space and privacy with an open California style layout and an onsite laundry room for easy convenience. This is a newly remodeled and completely rehabbed unit with a new kitchen, bath, flooring, and lighting. We do not have set requirements for our application screening. Each application is reviewed on a case by case basis, good to excellent credit is strongly preferred. We would ideally like to see 3 times the amount of rent for income. We cannot accept any felonies, on background checks, no exceptions. Any lease term shorter than 1 year will have a short-term premium added & is subject to managers approval & availability.
